Zocalo Restaurant. opened its doors in the Midtown area in Atlanta in the summer of 1995 and It’s been proudly operated and managed by the Martinez Family ever since.
100% Salsas is a new venture of Zocalo LLC. It started in 2008 as an idea of our regulars , which amazed by our flavors encouraged us to start selling our salsas. Every day we are committed to improve and work on details, in order to some day be able to manufacture our product on a bigger scale.
Our process is simple, but , with a huge commitment.
Every morning selected farmers –some of them locals - provide the produce to our restaurant. At Zocalo ,all ingredients from our dishes are carefully selected before we start our preparation process to make sure they meet our standards. Our food is prepared every day and do not have any preservatives or additives. As eating lovers ,our family consider freshness and natural as the most important part in our daily meal.
